Supply Chain Analyst

For an international retail/FMCG organization, we are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join the team in Amsterdam on a 6-month contract.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with data, processes, and cross-functional stakeholders. We're not necessarily looking for a senior profile, but for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and keen to develop within supply chain.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
• Process and coordinate Stock Transfer Orders (STOs)
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability
• Support demand and supply planning activities
• Analyze supply chain data and identify potential risks or bottlenecks
• Maintain accurate master data and system information
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, and Commercial teams
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience or strong interest in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working with systems, reporting, and data analysis
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Location: Amsterdam
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: 6 months
