Program Specialist (Travel Industry)

We are looking for a Program Specialist to support the successful delivery of projects within a fast-paced, international travel organization.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across different teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and project partners
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and project performance
• Maintain clear documentation and provide regular progress updates
• Identify and manage risks to ensure smooth project delivery
• Coordinate resources and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors

• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

• Experience in working across international or remote teams is a plus

Offer

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension
• Contract on a secondment basis (detached assignment)
