This role sits within the Content Experience team and focuses on creating high‑quality, partner‑facing content for a global accommodation audience. The Content Writer is responsible for the end‑to‑end creation of content based on strategic narratives and distributed across multiple digital touchpoints.
- Interpret creative briefs quickly to deliver a high volume of quality copy under tight deadlines
- Write and adapt content across multiple channels, including landing pages, blogs, emails, video scripts and social media
- Lead the development of commercial and strategic documentation and assets
- Conceptualise creative narratives and integrated campaigns for B2B audiences
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone of voice, style guidelines and content strategy
- Use GenAI tools for ideation and content generation, refining outputs to brand standards
- Work with design tools such as Figma to deliver content within set templates and formats
- Translate business objectives into clear, compelling B2B narratives
- Contribute to strategic content proposals informed by audience insights
- Use data, research and experimentation to continuously improve content effectiveness
- Champion the impact of storytelling on business performance
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the content creation process
- 5+ years of hands‑on writing experience in a multinational B2B environment
- Proven experience creating digital assets such as blogs, guides, emails and banners
- Native‑level English with flawless British spelling
- Strong portfolio demonstrating writing expertise
- Experience working with Figma or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of digital products and services
- Experience using Generative AI for ideation and editing
- Expertise in modular and reusable content creation
- Collaborative team player
- Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
- Self‑driven with a proactive, ownership mindset
- Open to feedback and able to adapt quickly
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and projectsb
