- Design the target operating model across Merchant of Record and Agency flows
- Define IATA BSP and ARC onboarding and settlement requirements
- Map complex financial workflows including refunds, schedule changes, chargebacks, and ADMs
- Translate aviation finance rules into product and technology requirements
- Partner with Treasury on exposure, collateral, and FX requirements
- Align flight settlement flows with corporate finance, accounting, tax, and audit teams
- Assess current processes and define future-state operational model
- Identify gaps in tools, systems, and team structure
- Develop business cases for required investment and resourcing
- 10+ years in aviation financial operations (OTA, airline, GDS, or consolidator)
- Strong expertise in IATA BSP, ARC, and modern airline settlement frameworks
- Experience designing financial operations from scratch
- Proven ability to operate in large, complex organisations
- Strong stakeholder management across finance, product, and technology
- Experience translating operational processes into system requirements
- Background in capacity planning, cost optimisation, and business case development
