Senior Business Operations Associate (6 months, 40 hours) - Travel Industry
We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Associate to join an international organization within the travel industry. In this role, you will help bring structure, efficiency, and clarity to business operations, enabling teams to perform at their best and achieve shared goals.
What you will do
- Improve and implement processes to streamline day-to-day operations
- Coordinate business activities and support key initiatives
- Assist with planning and budgeting in collaboration with finance teams
- Prepare and facilitate recurring business reviews (monthly/quarterly)
- Track KPIs and develop clear reports and performance insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree and ~5 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Experience with process improvement, project, or change management
