Huxley Dubai, part of the larger SThree group is delighted to announce our 4th award this year.

Apart from the 3 titles that we have been awarded by Global Banking & Finance Review which you can read here, we have been awarded by Recruitment International – Best Executive Search Firm of the Year which is a huge accolade for the team.

It was a great night of celebration for the team as their hard work has been thoroughly reflected through the award.

Investing in our people

We believe that our people are at the heart of everything we do. Apart from the great service we strive to provide to our customers, we wanted to be able to provide the right support and infrastructure as well as empower our people to provide advisory and consultancy services. All of these stem from their subject matter expertise, regardless of their age or previous background.

With an award winning training and development programme, all our people receive coaching or training based on their level of experience. This covers all levels of the business including managers and directors. In 2017, we launched IdentiFy to promote, empower and support female leadership. This has resulted in 73% women within the team, comprising of consultants with different nationalities who are able to offer a diverse range of experience.
