OT Network Lead

We are currently looking for a Senior OT Network Engineer to join a major player in the Belgian energy sector, working on critical infrastructure environments.

In this role, you will act as a technical lead, responsible for the design, security, and governance of industrial (OT) networks across multiple sites.

Your responsibilities

• Design secure, resilient, and scalable OT network solutions

• Define and enforce network standards, guidelines, and best practices

• Review and validate network designs from projects and external vendors

• Support infrastructure and digitalisation projects end‑to‑end

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443) and NIS2 regulation

• Collaborate closely with cybersecurity teams, network engineers, and external partners

Your profile

• Strong experience as a Senior Network Engineer / Network Lead

• Solid knowledge of:

  • Firewalls, VLANs, segmentation

  • Cisco or similar technologies

• Experience or interest in industrial / OT environments

• Strong understanding of network security principles

• Comfortable reviewing designs and guiding technical decisions
