About the role
As a Marketplaces Senior Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing marketplace operations within a leading fashion retail company. You are responsible for maintaining a healthy orderbook and ensuring optimal delivery performance across key partners in a fast-paced, international environment.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including logistics, transportation, distribution centers, and commercial functions to ensure seamless product flow and operational excellence.
What you will do
- Manage and optimize the marketplace orderbook to drive on-time delivery performance
- Partner with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure strong operational alignment
- Lead operational calls and conduct orderbook analyses to identify opportunities and risks
- Influence partner performance through data insights and order management best practices
- Monitor key KPIs and provide recommendations based on performance trends
- Support forecasting and ship-to-plan processes
- Drive continuous improvements in supply chain processes and ways of working
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment between supply chain and commercial strategies
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting to support decision-making
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, operations, or partner/account management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with tools such as SAP, Excel and/or Tableau
- Proactive, hands-on mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mentality
