In this role, you will join the Connected Trip Mission and act as a primary architect in the evolution towards a trip‑centric product model. You will operate in a complex, high‑impact environment, owning the Wishlist experience and Maps scope, while leading the development of new AI‑powered customer experiences that help travellers save, organise and act on travel inspiration across the wider ecosystem. You will report into the Group Product Manager, Ellora Nath.

- Own and set the one‑year product vision for the Wishlist and Maps scope, aligned with the broader trip planning and track strategy.
- Operate in a fast‑paced New Product Development environment, taking complex AI‑driven products from zero to one.
- Lead the strategy on how users save, organise and revisit travel inspiration across the ecosystem.
- Contribute directly to the mission goal of enabling more travellers to plan more of their trips and feel positive about the experience.
- Lead bi‑weekly mission sprints and manage a roadmap with high technical and organisational complexity.
- Identify risks and cross‑team dependencies early to keep delivery on track during the 8‑month mission window.
- Work with the team to establish delivery methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to optimise return on investment.
- Define primary, supporting and counter‑metrics for trip planning features, including AI‑powered experiences.
- Apply advanced experimentation techniques to validate product hypotheses.
- Combine qualitative and quantitative insights to uncover unmet user needs in the trip planning journey.
- Develop research briefs in collaboration with Data Science and Insights teams.
- Provide clear, concise updates to senior stakeholders up to Director level and occasionally leadership team level.
- Act as a spokesperson for the mission, driving alignment across departments.
- Partner closely with Engineering Managers to represent the customer in technical trade‑off decisions and ensure long‑term scalability.
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a Product Manager working on complex, high‑impact products.
- Proven ability to navigate large organisations and unblock teams effectively.
- Strong experience working in ambiguous, blank‑canvas New Product Development environments.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of delivering meaningful business impact.
- Experience with data‑driven and AI‑powered products is highly desirable.
- An active contributor to the product management community through mentoring, interviewing or knowledge sharing.
