Freelance Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A. In this role, you will operate at corporate level and play a critical part in connecting financial performance with business drivers across the organisation. You will act as a strategic finance partner to senior stakeholders, supporting company‑wide planning, forecasting, investment decisions and target setting, while improving forecasting accuracy, consistency and scalability.

- Onsite presence three days per week
- Leading the corporate financial planning and forecasting cycles across financial and operational metrics
- Owning the consolidation of financial plans and forecasts across business units, ensuring alignment and consistency at group level
- Developing and maintaining robust, driver‑based financial models to support performance expectations and scenario analysis
- Ensuring forecasts are accurately reflected in FP&A systems and reporting tools
- Overseeing reporting versus budget and forecast, including clear variance analysis and performance narratives
- Providing in‑depth performance analysis, trend identification and scenario planning to support strategic decision‑making
- Translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and executive forums
- Driving alignment on financial targets, methodologies and key performance indicators across teams and regions
- Supporting analytical deep‑dives into growth drivers, cost optimisation initiatives, investments and strategic priorities
- Actively contributing to the improvement, automation and standardisation of corporate FP&A processes and tools
- Acting as a key FP&A partner to senior stakeholders, supporting performance steering and financial discipline
- Leading, coaching and developing a high‑performing FP&A team at corporate level
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field
- Approximately eight to twelve years or more of experience in FP&A and or corporate finance roles
- Strong experience operating within a complex, international organisation
- Proven ability to deliver high‑impact analysis and influence senior leadership
- Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to synthesise large datasets
- Experience with financial systems and analytical tools such as ERP systems, BI platforms and SQL
- A strong mindset for process improvement, automation and innovation within FP&A
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment while balancing strategic and operational priorities
