Kronos / UKG Consultant

For one of our clients active within the retail sector we are currently looking for a UKG Kronos Consultant focusing on HRIS configuration and workforce management systems.

As the UKG Kronos Consultant you will support the team in configuring, customizing and optimizing the UKG Kronos environment to support HR and operations processes.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Configuring and maintaining UKG Kronos (WFM) modules and templates
* Translating business requirements into technical system solutions
* Supporting system implementations, upgrades and optimizations
* Troubleshooting system issues and driving continuous improvements

Profile:
* Background within HRIS Consultant, UKG/Kronos Specialist or similar
* 3-5+ years of work experience within an international or fast-paced environment
* Experience with UKG Kronos / Workforce Management systems
* Experience within the retail or logistics sector would be a plus
* Fluent in English (Dutch is a strong plus)

Project:
You will be working in an international environment where UKG Kronos plays a key role in workforce management. The focus will be on optimizing system configurations and supporting the business in scaling and improving HR processes.

Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)
Hours per week: full-time
Salary indication/Hourly rate: (based on experience)
