Senior Cloud Identity and Access Management Engineer

Join a global financial services organization as part of a growing Cloud Security and Platform Engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to design, implement, and enhance enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities across cloud and hybrid environments, supporting critical security and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support IAM solutions across cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
• Enhance Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and access control frameworks.
• Manage and optimize enterprise identity platforms, access reviews, and governance processes.
• Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams to strengthen authentication, authorization, and privileged access controls.
• Contribute to cloud security initiatives, automation, and platform modernization programs.
• Develop and maintain IAM infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code and DevOps best practices.
• Support regulatory, audit, and security compliance requirements within a highly regulated environment.

Requirements

• Strong experience delivering IAM solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Hands-on expertise with IGA, PAM, and access governance frameworks.
• Experience with platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar technologies.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, cloud security, and identity governance.
• Experience with Terraform, GitHub/GitLab, Ansible, or similar automation tools.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps delivery practices.
• Professional Japanese and business-level English communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience within banking, securities, asset management, insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of cloud-native security architecture and zero-trust principles.
• Relevant cloud, security, or IAM certifications.
