Full Stack Application Developer (Associate / Senior Associate)

Join a global Corporate IT team delivering business-critical applications and digital transformation initiatives across a leading financial services environment. Working with stakeholders and technology teams across Asia, Europe, and North America, you will build scalable solutions and drive modernization efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and support full-stack applications and system integrations.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing activities.
• Collaborate with business, operations, infrastructure, and global technology teams.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and production support.
• Lead projects, mentor developers, and drive delivery excellence (Senior Associate level).

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience in a Linux environment.
• Strong Java development skills with Spring Framework/Spring Boot.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for learning modern technologies, including cloud-native platforms and Generative AI.
• Business-level English or Japanese, with willingness to develop proficiency in the other language.

Preferred

• Experience in financial services, capital markets, or trading systems.
• Knowledge of trade lifecycles across equities, fixed income, or derivatives.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud technologies, and microservices.
• Database design and SQL development experience.
• Prior technical leadership or project delivery experience.
