Cyber Security Training Specialist (Tokyo/Osaka)

This role focuses on building and evolving a company-wide cybersecurity training and awareness program. The successful candidate will design scalable, role-based learning pathways, manage training initiatives from planning to execution, and work closely with stakeholders across engineering, legal, HR, and business teams to strengthen security culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity learning curricula based on organizational needs and skill gaps.
• Lead end-to-end training programs and security awareness campaigns, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Leverage AI and modern learning technologies to improve training effectiveness, personalization, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex security concepts into engaging learning content.
• Manage learning platforms, analyze training metrics, and optimize programs using data-driven insights.
• Promote security awareness and drive adoption of security best practices throughout the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or corporate learning environments.
• Strong project management experience involving multiple stakeholders.
• Expertise in learning design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and e-learning authoring tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), SCORM/xAPI standards, and multimedia content development.
• Bachelor's degree in education, learning technologies, instructional systems, or a related field.
• Business-level English proficiency.
