Join a fast-growing, institutional real estate platform and play a key role in supporting the financial operations behind a premium residential portfolio across Japan. Working closely with finance, asset management, and operations teams, you'll gain exposure to reporting, analysis, cash management, and portfolio performance in a highly entrepreneurial environment.

What You'll Do

• Support month-end reporting and financial analysis
• Manage cash reconciliations and financial controls
• Review rental income, expenses, and property-level performance
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies
• Assist with audit, investor, and management reporting
• Contribute to process improvement and business growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years' experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, FP&A, or Business Control
• Fluent Japanese and business-level English
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
