ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategy Consultant with 2-4 years of experience in a leading strategy consulting firm to support high-impact advisory engagements for a Big 4 consulting client in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will contribute to strategic assessments, market research, competitive bench-marking, business case development, and growth strategy initiatives across the tourism, hospitality, travel, destination development, culture, and entertainment sectors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strategy Consulting Background (Mandatory): 2 - 4 years of experience with a recognised strategy consulting firm.
• Experience working on tourism, hospitality, destination development, travel, culture, entertainment, or tourism-related public sector projects is mandatory.
• Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving: Demonstrated experience in market research, competitive bench-marking, business case development, growth strategy, corporate strategy, and strategic planning.
• Financial & Commercial Acumen: Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis, commercial due diligence, market sizing, profitability assessment, and strategic recommendations.
• Transformation & Operating Models: Exposure to organization design, operating model development, performance improvement, and business transformation initiatives.
