ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Cloud Architecture & Migration Consultant to support the organization's cloud transformation journey by facilitating the onboarding of applications and business units onto cloud platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting cloud readiness assessments, supporting migration planning and execution, and enabling the adoption of cloud services across the enterprise. The role will also contribute to the development of cloud architecture standards, patterns, and reference architectures while supporting the operation of the Technical Design Authority (TDA) to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, security requirements, governance standards, and industry best practices. Working closely with business, application, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams, the candidate will help drive the successful delivery of cloud capabilities and technology modernization initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience supporting cloud adoption initiatives, including application onboarding, cloud readiness assessments, migration planning, and cloud service enablement across business units.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and architectures (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP), including cloud governance, landing zones, reference architectures, and best practices.
• Experience developing and maintaining cloud architecture standards, design patterns, frameworks, and technical guidelines aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
• Proven ability to facilitate or support Technical Design Authority (TDA) / Architecture Review Boards, ensuring solutions comply with architecture standards, security requirements, and governance controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating with business, application, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams to drive cloud transformation and migration initiatives.
