Your Impact as Maintenance Work Preparator E&I: As a Maintenance Work Preparator E&I at our state-of-the-art tank terminal in Amsterdam, you will be responsible for the multidisciplinary planning and preparation of both preventive and corrective maintenance. Your focus will be on Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I), in line with our procedures and processes to ensure the reliability, availability, integrity, and profitability of our assets.

• Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurately preparing/planning all necessary preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Establishing and monitoring scheduled (preventive) and unscheduled (corrective) activities.
• Budgeting maintenance activities to provide an early stage cost estimate.
• Specifying and ensuring the timely delivery of required materials/parts and tools.
• Creating Work Permits including any Task Risk Analyses (TRAs).
• Maintaining communication with internal customers (stakeholders), suppliers, and contractors.

What You Bring as a Maintenance Work Preparator E&I:

• A vocational degree (MBO level 4) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with several years of relevant electrical (field) experience.
• Certifications such as VCA-VOL, NEN 3140 VP, and ATEX basic knowledge (IECEx Ex001, CompEx Ex F, or equivalent).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Work Preparator for maintenance projects focusing on E&I, or as an E&I technician.
• Ability to apply modern planning and work preparation techniques, including budgeting, preparation of contracts (scope), and calculation.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, in speech and writing.
