Maintenance / Reliability Specialist Mechanical

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor system reliability, performance, and risk levels within automated logistics environments
• Provide recommendations to management on improvements related to system stability, efficiency, and safety
• Design and implement maintenance strategies using data insights and reliability engineering principles
• Lead improvement initiatives in collaboration with external service providers
• Safeguard the availability and performance of installations and outsourced services
• Translate technical findings into clear, actionable plans for operational and maintenance improvements
• Act as the link between engineering, operations, and external partners in continuous improvement programs

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
• Approximately 3-5 years of experience in maintenance optimisation, automation, or reliability engineering
• Familiar with methodologies such as RCA, FMECA, and RCM
• Experience with logistics systems and automation is advantageous
• Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 55001, ISO 31000, ISO 9001) is a plus
• Strong command of English; Dutch is considered an advantage

• Yearly salary ranging up to 80.000 EUR, depending on experience
• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
