Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is looking for a talented and motivated Fircosoft Application Developer to join their dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and implement code/configurations for Firco Continuity and Firco Trust applications.
  • Analyse and verify business requirements, flows, and deliverables for essential projects.
  • Troubleshoot issues across environments and perform root cause analyses efficiently.
  • Update sanctions lists and deliver timely system upgrades.
  • Monitor and provide application support for Dow Jones Factiva lists.
  • Ensure the reliability and robustness of mission-critical payment systems, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven expertise with Fircosoft Sanction Screening applications, including Firco Continuity and Firco Trust.
  • Experience with Firco Utilities such as FMM, FML, FUM, and FFF Classic.
  • Hands-on experience with sanctions screening and Firco Continuity V6 upgrades.
  • Proficiency in UNIX/Windows shell scripting for process automation and SQL scripting (Oracle, MS SQL).
  • Experience with scheduling software tools (e.g., TWS), file transfer processes (e.g., MQFTE), and CICD tools.
  • Background in financial services with an understanding of the critical nature of production payment environments.
