The role involves building scalable backend services, algorithms, and infrastructure that solve complex capital markets problems. Ideal candidates are generalists with strong skills in Python, data structures, and AWS, and experience translating quantitative concepts into production-grade software.

• Collaborate with product and SMEs to design technical solutions
• Build, scale, and deploy financial algorithms
• Conduct code/design reviews and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Optimize algorithm performance through research and iteration
• Contribute to core product architecture and support live optimization events
