About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to join a growing, fast-paced technology PR team. This role is ideal for a strategic, media-savvy communications professional who thrives in an agency environment and is confident leading client accounts across high-growth and established tech brands.
You will play a key role in driving client strategy, managing day-to-day account activity, mentoring junior team members, and delivering impactful earned media results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day to day management of multiple tech PR accounts, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategic communications plans aligned to client business objectives
- Serve as a key client contact, providing proactive counsel and building strong, trusted relationships
- Drive media relations efforts, securing top-tier coverage across business, tech, and trade outlets
- Oversee and contribute to press materials, messaging, thought leadership, and executive positioning
- Manage product launches, announcements, and broader campaign activity
- Support new business opportunities, including proposal development and pitching
- Mentor and manage junior team members, ensuring strong performance and development
- Monitor industry trends and identify proactive opportunities for clients
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in public relations, ideally within a tech-focused agency environment
- Proven track record managing accounts and delivering impactful PR campaigns for technology clients (e.g., SaaS, AI, enterprise, fintech, or startups)
- Strong media relationships across business and technology press (e.g., TechCrunch, Bloomberg, WSJ, VentureBeat)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing messaging and executive thought leadership programs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
