Telecom Connectivity Analyst

For one of our clients active within the retail sector, we are currently looking for a Telecom Connectivity Analyst focusing on network and telephony solutions.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Managing high-quality connectivity solutions for 2,500+ stores, distribution centers, country offices, and the international headquarters.
• Operationally directing IT partners regarding network and telephony services.
• Controlling and approving changes for new or existing projects.
• Monitoring cost control and usage statistics of services.
• Implementing improvements in network architecture for enhanced security and availability.
• Writing and testing disaster recovery procedures for data center switches.

Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with telephony.
• Excellent proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
• Experience with call center functionalities, such as hunt groups.
• Experience in developing telephony solutions, including alternatives for WiFi telephony in distribution centers.
• Experience managing large telephony contracts.
• Preferred: Experience in a governance organization, Dutch language skills, and familiarity with Genesys systems.

• Hours per week: Full-time
• Daily presence in Zwaagdijk.
