Senior Data Analyst - Customer Onboarding & Engagement

Are you a data-driven problem solver who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and customer experience? We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to take ownership of customer onboarding and engagement performance within a global, innovation-led environment.

In this role, you'll turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that improve conversion, retention, and overall customer journeys. You'll work closely with product, digital, and engineering teams in a fast-paced Agile setup-acting as a true partner to the business.

What you'll be doing

• Analyse onboarding funnels and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities
• Drive experimentation (A/B testing) and measure impact
• Build dashboards and communicate insights to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and tech teams
• Contribute to data strategy, including evolving analytics tooling and AI integration

What you bring

• 6+ years in data analysis (digital/product/customer-focused environments)
• Strong SQL and data visualisation skills (Power BI or similar)
• Experience with Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics
• Solid understanding of experimentation and statistics
• Proactive mindset with the ability to challenge, influence, and collaborate
• Comfortable in a dynamic, sometimes ad-hoc environment
