For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead a high-profile transformation programme focused on privacy, data governance, and organisational adoption. This is an excellent opportunity to play a strategic role in shaping how privacy, data, and technology capabilities are embedded across a complex international organisation.
Role
- Work Location: Amsterdam, the Netherlands (hyrbid)
- Contract Type: Freelance
- Duration: 6 months (+)
- Rate: 140
- Start Date: To be confirmed
- Define and lead the programme-wide change and communications strategy.
- Develop and manage the integrated change roadmap, aligned to programme milestones and business readiness.
- Engage senior stakeholders and establish effective change governance.
- Drive adoption of privacy controls, governance processes, and new ways of working.
- Coordinate change activities across Technology, Product, Privacy, Legal, Marketing, and Data teams.
- Identify adoption risks, readiness gaps, and stakeholder impacts, and implement mitigation plans.
- Translate complex privacy and data topics into clear and actionable communications.
- Support the transition from programme delivery into business-as-usual operations.
- 10+ years of change management experience within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong track record in technology, data, governance, privacy, or regulatory change.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and operating in complex environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar.
- Experience in privacy, risk, or data governance programmes is highly desirable.
