Projectleider Integraal Programmeren

For one of our International clients within the energy sector, we are looking for a Project Manager Integrated Programming.

As Project Manager Integrated Programming, you ensure that the methodology of the three products of integrated programming: energy vision, pMIEK, and implementation approach (including an improvement cycle) is described. The energy vision and pMIEK have already been elaborated but still need to be properly implemented and documented. The implementation approach needs to be devised and then implemented.

• Start: 1 October (Could be sooner)
• Location: Den Bosch
• Freelance opportunity for 9 months (extension possible)
• Hours: 16-24 per week(Hybrid working is possible)

To fulfill this assignment well, you are a driven professional who stands strong. You have a work attitude that combines working independently with proactively seeking collaboration.

About you:

• Completed WO or HBO education (Business Administration or similar)
• Extensive demonstrable knowledge and experience (>5 years) as a project manager
• Experience in (co-)writing processes and procedures and implementing them
• Extensive experience with change management and implementation projects
• Experience in the energy sector or public/administrative sector is a plus
• Knowledge of and experience with process management, project-based work, and process design methodologies such as Lean, SAFe, and Agile working
