About the role
Are you a senior Health & Safety professional with international experience, ready to make impact in a fast paced and complex organisation? In this role, you will drive and further develop Health & Safety across multiple countries, combining strategic thinking with hands on execution.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Operations and Supply Chain, ensuring Health & Safety becomes a true business driver and embedded in daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement an international Health & Safety strategy
- Build and improve HSE frameworks, governance and processes
- Drive risk management, compliance and incident improvement
- Develop KPIs, dashboards and reporting for data driven decisions
- Partner with senior stakeholders at director and board level
- Strengthen safety culture, awareness and collaboration across countries
Your profile
- 10+ years experience in Health & Safety, including senior/lead roles
- Strong international experience across multiple countries
- Background in retail, supply chain, logistics or manufacturing
- Proven experience in complex organisations and stakeholder management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence at board level
- Pragmatic, hands on and able to translate strategy into action
- Certified HSE professional (HVK, NEBOSH, ISO or similar)
- Excellent communication skills in English
