As the Back-End Team Lead, you will oversee the execution of development and integration activities, ensuring that our digital products and services are delivered with precision-on time, within budget, and aligned with business requirements. You will report directly to the Engineering Manager, providing technical leadership and guidance to a talented team of developers. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our digital solutions meet the highest standards of quality and security, all while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical expertise and coaching in digital asset development.
• Manage the build and implementation of digital services, ensuring compliance with best practices and business needs.
• Oversee project progress, deliver timely updates, and manage risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering high-quality digital solutions.
• Ensure the technical execution of product backlogs and adherence to governance standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and ensure swift service restoration for any digital assets under your purview.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a team leader in a similar role, with a strong background in back-end systems development.
• Extensive experience with .NET and asynchronous programming, particularly within a cloud-first environment.
• Expertise in Azure cloud platform and a strong understanding of CI/CD best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.
• Solid experience in technology architecture and designing
