Workday Integration Specialist

We're looking for a Workday Integration Specialist for one of our key international clients at Huxley. This is a freelance remote position based in Europe, with the possibility of long-term collaboration.

Details of the position:

• Role: Workday Integration Specialist
• Project Description: This role will be part of the Platform Services team, with a focus on Workday integrations and infrastructure. The project involves managing and adapting approximately 150 integrations, including copying and modifying integrations across different companies. The role will also include working with Workday EIB, Cloud Connector as well as Studio integrations and collaborating on integration set up and connection requirements.
• Duration: Until 31/03/2027, with possible extension
• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Europe (100% remote)

Required qualifications:

• Workday Integration Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of experience
• Experience managing 50+ integrations
• Strong expertise in Workday ERP integrations
• Experience with multiple types of Workday integrations
• Hands-on experience with Workday EIB, Cloud Connector and Studio integrations
• API management (SOAP and REST)
• English is a must

Desirables:

• Experience with other integration platforms (Boomi, SnapLogic)
• Workday Extend
• Workday Orchestration

Skills & Competencies

• Monitor and troubleshoot Workday integrations to ensure performance and data accuracy
• Develop, copy, and adapt integrations across systems and environments
• Build and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio
• Manage and test API connections using SOAP and REST protocols
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate integration requirements
• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of integrations
