From Huxley, we are currently looking for a Senior HRIS Project Manager to join a global initiative focused on end‑to‑end HRIS implementations within a multinational environment, with high exposure to senior stakeholders and international teams.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in HRIS environments
* Strong experience delivering global, end‑to‑end HRIS projects
* Proven ability to operate in agile environments
* Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to challenge and influence decision‑making
* Experience defining and managing product roadmaps
* High level of autonomy and strong communication skills
Responsibilities
* Lead end‑to‑end HRIS projects from initiation to delivery in a global context
* Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across multiple regions
* Manage and continuously refine the product roadmap, aligning business priorities and timelines
* Actively challenge requirements when needed and support strategic decisions
* Ensure clear communication, alignment, and engagement across all stakeholders
Conditions
- Work mode: Hybrid, 2 days at the offices - center of Barcelona
- Start date: ASAP (latest May 2nd)
