For one of our top clients in Barcelona, we are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Tech Lead to join a long-term project focused on the management and evolution of HR systems in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical support activities and HR-related projects
- Manage support and oversee system enhancements
- Coordinate distributed teams and external vendors
- Act as the bridge between business and technology
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Proven experience managing projects in international environments
- High level of English (mandatory)
- Experience coordinating distributed and multicultural teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP Concur
- Knowledge of SAP Payroll
- Experience with SAP FI
- Advanced level of Spanish
