We are looking for an Infrastructure Expert & Project Manager to join an international company and support infrastructure operations and ongoing integration projects.
This is a hybrid role, combining project management with a strong infrastructure understanding, focused on coordination, service follow-up, and stakeholder alignment rather than hands‑on configuration.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate infrastructure-related incidents and requests (ticketing)
* Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external providers
* Track ongoing projects, deliverables, and dependencies
* Support integration initiatives, including international company integration
* Oversee infrastructure environments (virtualization, networking, servers)
* Ensure proper issue identification, routing, and follow-up
* Maintain reporting and visibility on service and project status
Required Experience
* Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (virtualization, storage, networking)
* Experience working in service management environments (incidents, requests, operations/run)
* Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, ticketing systems, and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI or similar)
* Exposure to cloud environments (Azure)
* Experience in regulated environments (pharma/validated systems) is a plus
* Strong communication, proactivity, and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent English
* Hybrid model onsite, mainly Tue-Thu
* Contract: via Huxley
* Start date: ASAP
* Duration: 4-6 months initial, strong extension potential
