This role plays a pivotal part in translating business needs into their Identity and Access Management (IAM) security framework, shaping critical processes, and driving security excellence.

Key Skills for Success

• IAM Knowledge: Strong expertise in IAM principles including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and SoD (Segregation of Duties), ensuring alignment with security frameworks and best practices.

• Information Security Standards: Solid understanding of information security standards and frameworks to enhance risk management and compliance.

• Analytical Proficiency: Experience with tools like Excel and SQL to analyze, interpret, and support informed decision-making.

• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Effective communication and collaboration with diverse teams, advising and guiding stakeholders to achieve key objectives.

• Proactive Problem-Solver: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a solution-oriented approach while enhancing team efficiency and quality.
